Do I need to sign up?
No. Sign in with Google and place an order, and you're in. New members get 50 welcome coins.
When can I spend my coins?
Coins unlock 15 days after your order is delivered, once the return window has passed. Then they're yours to spend on your next order.
How much can I pay with coins?
On orders of ₹349 or more (after any coupon), coins can pay for the whole product value, and you can combine them with a coupon. They don't cover shipping.
Do coins expire?
Yes, 12 months after they unlock. We'll email you a week before any coins expire.
What happens if I return an order?
Any coins you spent on it come back to you, and the coins it would have earned are cancelled.
Can I swap coins for cash?
No. Coins are a discount on your next Ta-Daa order. They can’t be withdrawn, sold or transferred to someone else.
